Susan Culbertson, MSW

Susan Culbertson earned her MSW in 1980 from San Diego State University.

Susan worked for San Bernardino County Child Protective Services for 20 years, starting as a case aide. She was a line worker, supervisor and manager, working in most areas of Children's Services.

For the past ten years she has been training, teaching and consulting with California State University, San Bernardino; Public Child Welfare Training Academy; Riverside County Department of Children's Services; Asante Family Agency and many other agencies and entities.

Her areas of expertise include safety and risk assessment; case planning and management; child abuse and neglect; domestic violence; and macro issues in child welfare services.
