MEET THE TRAINERS
Overview
Rachel Hamilton received her BA from Indiana University South Bend with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and received her MSW from Western Michigan University in 1994. She is licensed as a clinical social worker.
Rachel worked in child welfare as a child welfare caseworker in northern Indiana and has worked in an agency as an outpatient therapist as well as provided counseling in a private practice setting.
In the fall of 2003, Rachel and her husband, Steve, relocated from Indiana to Southern California. They have two grown sons, a daughter in law and a granddaughter.
Rachel is currently employed as the Public Child Welfare Training Academy's Riverside Training Center Director.
