After obtaining an M.S. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, Pamela spent 9 years in Child Welfare Services as an intake social worker and a supervisor.

Now, after years of coordinating social services training & development in the County of San Bernardino, she has formed her own corporation called Positively Training!, Inc. Pamela travels throughout California training new social workers in the common core curriculum.

Her passion is raising awareness of the importance of fathers in the lives of the children. You will find her column, Positively Pamela!, at www.streetpositive.com. She is currently promoting Fatherhood conferences with the first is scheduled in May 2007!
