Mitchica McNeair, MSW, LCSW, CCDVC
Ms. McNeair attended San Bernardino Valley
College and received her AA degree in Liberal Arts. She attended Cal State
San Bernardino and received her BA degree in Sociology and her Master's
degree in Social work. She recently completed all requirements to become
a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Ms. McNeair worked for Riverside County Child Protective Services
from June 1997 to July 2006. She left the county to pursue her own
consulting business, Total Commitment Consulting Services (TCCS).
TCCS provides staff training, program statement writing, program
consultation and therapeutic services to children in out-of-home
placement residing in residential treatment facilities.
She also works with EMQ Children & Family Services as a Clinical
Program Manager for the San Bernardino Uplift program. The Uplift
program provides wrap around services to children with Axis I diagnosis,
in danger of being placed in a level 12 or 14 group home placement,
and/or transitioning home from group home placement or Juvenile
hall. Wrap around gives intensive in-home services to the child
and family in learning problem solving skills, anger management,
crisis stabilization and other skill building techniques as well
as gain community support to maintain their family without the involvement
of Children's Services, Mental Health or Probation.

Ms. McNeair's previous experience includes five years working in
various group homes for abused and neglected children and two years
as a Deputy Sheriff for San Bernardino County. She has been working
as an instructor at University of Phoenix since 2002, Cal State
Hayward and the Professional Academy since 2006. She has also been
providing community outreach through educational lectures, workshops,
and public speaking engagements at various conferences in the human
services field across the country from California to New York for
the past ten years. She has served as a consultant and trainer to
group home staff in the areas of Child Abuse and Neglect, The Effects
of Domestic Violence on Children, and Growing Up in the Foster care
system.
Ms. McNeair specializes in the area of Domestic Violence and is
a Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor. She is certified
to work with victims and perpetrators, as well as the children affected
by domestic violence. Ms. McNeair also provides Clinical Supervision
to LMFT and ASW interns.
