Ms. Nodurft recently retired from her job as a Protective Service Supervisor for the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency.

Ms. Nodurft has worked in the field of social work for over 30 years. Her Child Welfare experience includes Continuing Services, Emergency Response, Initial Services, Court Intervention, Court Officer and Law Enforcement Liaison.

She has worked as a trainer for the San Diego HHSA, CWS, specializing in "Court Report Writing" and has provided training for trainers. Ms. Nodurft has also facilitated work groups, chaired her department's Competency Based Training Steering Committee and has been a trainer for the San Diego Community College District's Partners for Success program.
