Eileen Stern is retired from her position as Administrative Services Director for the County of Santa Cruz. With over 20 years of experience in human services, she has worked closely with the California Department of Social Services and The Center for Human Services, UC Davis Extension to develop and provide training to counties for fiscal management and changes in state regulations and policies.

Eileen currently runs a consulting business specializing in human services financial issues.
