Teresa Morris, PhD
Director - CSU San Bernadino Department of Social Work

Dr. Teresa Morris is the chair of the social work department and director of social work programs at CSUSB. In this role she oversees the M.S.W., the B.A.S.W., and various professional development programs for the local social work community offered through the "Professional Development Source" and the Riverside site of the Public Child Welfare Training Academy.

She is from England via Australia. She has worked in England and Australia as a teacher, community worker and academic. She received her M.S.W. from the University of Hawaii and her Doctorate from UC, Berkeley. Her dissertation research was on Refugee Resettlement. Since then her publications have been in the areas of philosophy of science and alternative paradigm research methods. She teaches social policy and research methods.
