Jennifer Baum has been with the Academy for over five years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University in 2002. She came to the Academy and worked for a short time as the Assistant Training and Coordination Specialist before moving to the position of Budget Analyst. Jen has since moved into the position of Finance Manager and sits on the Academy's management team. She is a San Diego native and enjoys racing in triathlons in her free time.
